Extended School
Stanley Park High School is an Extended School. We offer a wide range of additional opportunities for our young people, parents, families and community members. These include enrichment on site through a varied menu of activities including study support and family learning. We provide swift and easy referral to specialised support services and offer wider community access including adult learning. Where we don’t offer a service or an activity we will try to signpost you in the right direction.
In conjunction with SCOLA (Sutton College of Learning for Adults), Stanley Park will be arranging free courses for parents who feel that now their children are getting older they need to improve their Maths and English skills to help with homework or would like an introduction to Family Finance. Additionally we will be arranging free courses for our Bilingual families on the subject of communicating with the school.

If you are over 16 you can buy emergency contraception from most pharmacies at a cost of £25. Emergency contraception can be taken up to 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex, but it is more effective if taken in the first 24 hours. If it has been longer than 3 days, you may still be able to get an emergency coil fitted.
